Sierra Alston
Chief Executive Officer
Sierra possesses an eclectic background in construction management and an abundance of technical knowledge about the civil aspects of diverse construction projects, allowing Sierra to achieve greater fulfillment and profound outcomes at Arreis.
Sierra is a detail-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, clear-eyed confidence, impeccable discretion, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. She focuses on planning, implementing, creating, and integrating strategic directions to achieve operational excellence in the company. A career in various facets of construction and development has allowed Sierra to propel the company forward. Her professional endeavors have helped her accumulate comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Construction & Program constructability practices, risk management, leadership management, financial management, data analytics and management, strategic planning, and the development and evolution of quality assurance policies, with an elevated level of civil construction experience.
Sierra has achieved numerous milestones in her professional career. Still, one thing that has received as much praise as her professional success is her philanthropic efforts. She is a community service advocate and has a vested interest in the development of the community. As the chief benefactor of the “Arreis Impact Foundation”, Sierra returns to the community by providing dedicated assistance, resources, and outreach to former inmates, disabled veterans, and the homeless to acclimate back into society.
David Romain
Chief Operating Officer
I started in construction working for my dad’s company Romain Construction in 1993. We mostly poured concrete streets, sidewalks driveways, house foundations, and built houses. In 1997, I went to college on a baseball scholarship and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
After college, I entered the housing market building spec homes. This work included building houses from the ground up and doing most of the work using our in-house employees. During that time, I also started building towers for a local tower company named All-State Tower. Over time I transitioned to doing telecom work full time.
This work would include building towers, beefing up existing towers, and line and antenna work. Eventually, I winded up moving to Houston Texas for a large line of work we received from American Tower. After successfully finishing that project, we received another large line of work from Nokia. During this time, we were steadily hiring people and buying equipment to grow the company. At the peak of the company, we had over 200 employees in 2017 and multiple locations including Austin, Sanantonio, and Houston. We purchased a 3 million Dollar facility in Houston Texas which because our headquarters.
I winded up selling the business to my finance partners. Since that time, I’ve been working for Arreis Solutions as the Vice President. We specialize in telecom construction. Our primary focus is cell tower work, underground fiber installation, and Electric Vehicle charging stations. We continue to grow the company and add more employees and services.
